The victim was on the 100 block of Key Boulevard when she was approached from behind and slapped in the buttocks, then knocked to the ground and stabbed around 8:55 p.m., police said. One Dead In Fiery Crash On I-495 One person died in a fiery crash overnight on Interstate 495 in Fairfax County. The vehicle was heading west toward I-395 northbound when it ran off the highway near Exit 170B, went over the side cement barrier and landed on railroad tracks below in Springfield around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, Virginia State Police said.
