A hunter who dragged a deer carcass across a Montgomery County equestrian center before stealing the camera that captured him will be facing charges,6abc reports. The alleged incident came to light when the Ashford Farm shared a photo of the hunter carrying a deer on the property on Jan. 28. The farm said the photo was taken on a $1,000 trail camera, which the hunter also apparently stole. An SUV plowed directly through a Fair Lawn sushi spot Sunday evening, Feb. 5, leaving two people with minor injuries. Police believe the driver thought he was in reverse when he hit the gas, sending his vehicle through the Green Dragon on Fair Lawn Avenue around 5:30 p.m., Fair Lawn Police Acting Lt. Officials at James Madison University have identified the three Virginia students who were killed in a West Virginia crash last week. John “Luke” Fergusson, of Richmond, Nicholas Troutman, of Richmond, and Joshua Mardis, of Williamsburg, all died in the Thursday, Feb. 2 crash, when the driver lost control and struck a tree along Route 259, according to university officials and authorities. Man Killed In Newark Fire Was Beloved Local Resident
Authorities have identified the 57-year-old man killed him in a Newark apartment building Saturday night, Feb. 4. Charlie Casiano was found inside of the building on the 800 block of Franklin Avenue, sometime after 7:40 p.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
