34-Year-Old Man Stabbed Dead Near Kearny Park UPDATE: A 39-year-old sex offender has been charged with desecration of human remains in Corey McFadden's death investigation. ORIGINAL: Police in Kearny were investigating the stabbing death of a 34-year-old man. Chipotle To Pay New Jersey $7.75 Million For Widespread Violation Of Child Labor Laws Chipotle Mexican Grill has agreed to pay $7.75 million to New Jersey in a settlement resolving repeated and widespread violation's of child labor laws, the state's labor department announced. 2-Year-Old Boy Sexually Assaulted By Parents' Friend In Northern VA: Police A 2-year-old boy was sexually assaulted by a 48-year-old friend of his parents, authorities in Northern Virginia said. Osman Alexis Banegas Chavez, of Woodbridge, was visiting the family's home when he was found by the boy's parents inappropriately touching the toddler around 10:20 p.m. on Sept. 10, Prince William County police said. Man, 24, Electrocuted After Fall Onto Patco Station Tracks: 'Everyone Was Just Staring' A 24-year-old man died when he fell onto train tracks at the PATCO station Philadelphia's Center City and was electrocuted overnight, officials said.
