Scooter-Riding Suspects Sought In Triple Inner Harbor Shooting That Killed Teen
Police in Baltimore are seeking a pair seen riding a blue scooter in a Memorial Day Weekend shooting that left one teen dead and two others hurt. The suspects were captured on surveillance heading to the scene at the Inner Harbor (201 E. Pratt Street) on Saturday, May 28, where 17-year-old Neal Mack died, city police said. A 36-year-old Jersey City man brought a 14-year-old girl he met at a light rail station back to his home where he sexually assaulted her, authorities said. Cashmere Mudayh met the girl at a light rail station in Jersey City on Monday, April 18, then brought her back to his Fulton Avenue apartment, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A 39-year-old Linden woman was arrested on accusations she stole nearly $350,000 through bogus Medicaid claims, authorities said. Leslie K. Lassen filed numerous falsified documents with Medicaid in which she under-reported her household income between January 2015 and December 2019, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel announced. CPR Performed On Victim Pulled From Car In Frederick County Pond
Firefighters rescued a driver who sent his car careening into a pond in Frederick County Tuesday, May 31, authorities said. The victim was found in his car in the retaining pond behind the CVS at 5414 Rotary Avenue in New Market around 8:45 p.m,, the Frederick County Sheriff's Office said. The Frederick County (MD) Fire & Rescue was assisted by sheriff's deputies in extricating the victim. CPR was performed before he was taken to Frederick Health Hospital in unknown condition.

Young Shark Pinged Near Chesapeake Bay
A young shark named Martha was pinged just outside of the Chesapeake Bay last week. The white shark, who measures seven feet and weighs 182 pounds, is being tracked by a nonprofit organization that monitors and tracks sharks called OCEARCH. Her dorsal fin surfaced long enough that it was detected by a satellite around 7:15 on Thursday, May 26 off the coast of Norfolk, OCEARCH's shark tracker shows. Martha was the fourth white shark tagged by OCEARCH's expedition to Martha's Vineyard in 2020.

Massachusetts Woman Five Months Pregnant Killed In Double Murder
Details have been released in the Memorial Day Weekend double murder in Pennsylvania involving a woman from Massachusetts. Mamadou Kallie, 23, took his 22-month-old child out of the Toyota Corolla after killing the boy's mother and a woman who was five months pregnant Sunday, May 29, Coatesville, Chester County DA Deb Ryan said.
