New Jersey native and "The Flash" star Ezra Miller was arrested at a bar in Hawaii for lunging at a man playing darts and yelling obscenities at a woman singing karaoke, authorities said. Jersey City Police Officer Jose Vargas Dies Suddenly, 35
The Jersey City Police Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Officer Jose Vargas died on March 17, 2022. He was 35 years old. Born in Puerto Rico, Vargas later moved to Jersey City and attended the Midtown Community School, then Bayonne High School, graduating from Ferris High school, according to his obituary. He later attended NJCU. He served as a US Marine from 2005 to 2010, and was promoted to sergeant, specializing in Aircraft Communications/Navigation Radar Systems Technician. Baltimore Firefighter Preston Coddington Dies Suddenly
The Baltimore City Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Preston Coddington, an EMT and firefighter, died suddenly on March 18, according to his obituary. His department said that he was involved in an off-duty vehicle crash. "Preston loved large," reads a GoFundMe page launched for his family. "He embodied goodness." Thief Steals Pizza Delivery Car When Driver Runs Inside: Bloomfield PD
Police in Bloomfield are seeking the public's help locating a man who stole a pizza deliveryman's car. The Vinnie's Pizza driver left the blue Chevy Malibu unlocked and running as he went inside the Broad Street eatery, with the key fob on March 17, police said. When he returned, the vehicle was gone. The landlord provided surveillance footage of the incident/suspect. This incident is under investigation.

Trenton Girl, 9, Was Reaching For Mom After Being Struck By Stray Bullet: Report
SeQuoya Bacon-Jones was not crying when her mom found her bleeding on the sidewalk last week. The 9-year-old Trenton girl was laying on the ground, moaning, reaching out for her, Shea Bacon-Jones tells CBS Philly. SeQuoya was playing at the Kingsbury Square courtyard around 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 25, when she was struck by a stray bullet, authorities previously said in a press release.
