Authorities ID Driver Killed In Weekend Prince George's Crash A 44-year-old Fort Washington man died in a crash over the weekend, authorities in Prince George's County said. Olando Bharat was heading east on Old Fort Road when he veered off the road and struck a pole around 3:40 a.m. on Feb. 12, county police said Bharat, the sole occupant, was pronounced dead on the scene. Woman Takes Bullet To The Neck On Valentine's Day In Baltimore A woman died after being shot in the neck on Valentine's Day morning in Baltimore, police said. The victim was found around 11 a.m. on the 1500 block of East Fayette Street by police responding for an investigation. The victim was transported to an area hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later by medical staff. Maryland Student Airlifted After Locker Room Stabbing: Report A high school student in Maryland was flown to a local hospital after being stabbed in a fight in the locker room during first period, according to district officials and news reports. Kent County High School was placed on lockdown and both students were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, the district said. Annapolis Man Who Shot 2 Kids Released On Personal Recognizance: Police A 41-year-old Annapolis man surrendered himself to authorities in the shooting of 14- and 10-year-old children, police said. John Estep is accused of shooting the children on the 100 block of Obery Court just before 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, Annapolis police said. Wawa Stabbing Leaves Man Dead In Philadelphia A man was stabbed dead in his car at a Wawa parking lot early Monday in Philadelphia, 6abc reports. The man had been sitting in his car eating food he'd just purchased from the store on the 1600 block of S. Christopher Columbus Boulevard before someone told store employees to check on him around 4:25 a.m., the outlet said. Fire and EMS workers broke the back driver's side window to rescue the man and rush him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, 6abc says. 2 Hospitalized In Shooting At Howard County's Wilde Lake Village Center Two people were hospitalized in a shooting in Howard County. Police found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound on the 5300 block of Village Center Drive in Wilde Lake Village Center around 3:05 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, Howard County police said.
