NJ News Reporter 'Randomly' Drove Into Oncoming Traffic, Killing 1: Prosecutor Charges have been upgraded for a Central Jersey news reporter who intentionally drove her car into into oncoming traffic, killing a 95-year-old woman, authorities said. Lisa Pollitt, 36, has been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and obstruction in connection with the Thursday, Feb. 10 crash in Cranbury, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Bayonne Man Gave 2 Girls Alcohol Then Sexually Assaulted 1 In Back Seat Of Car: Prosecutor A Bayonne man was arrested for giving two girls alcoholic beverages and then sexually assaulting one of them, authorities said. Maryland Driver Who Denied Treatment At Crash Scene Dies Next Day: Police A 44-year-old Maryland driver who refused medical treatment after a motor vehicle crash was later found unresponsive and died the next day, authorities said. Edwin Portillo was involved in the crash at the intersection of Watkins Mill Road and Crested Iris Drive in Gaithersburg on Jan. 8 around 2 p.m., Montgomery County police said. Maryland Man Walking On Roadside Dies Days After Being Struck By Car: Police A 39-year-old man walking on the side of the road died two days after being struck by a car in Prince George's County, authorities said. Brandon Harris, of Oxon Hill, was walking in the far right lane when he was struck by a southbound vehicle on Indian Head Highway and Oxon Hill Road around 6:50 p.m. on Feb. 10, county police said.
