Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Multiple Shooting Reported In Central Jersey Police, EMS crews and other first responders were called on a report of a multiple shooting in Monmouth County, authorities said. At least two people, including a juvenile, were seriously hurt in the shooting, which occurred about 5 p.m on Lloyd Street in Freehold, reports said. The youth suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach, an unconfirmed reported said, and one of the victims required CPR. A second victim suffered a gunshot to the leg, the report said. Teenager, Woman Shot In Atlantic City, Police Say A 52-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl were shot in Atlantic City, authorities said.
