Cos Cob resident Rebecca Karson, a prop stylist turned jeweler, grew up in the borough and said she wanted to bring some of the artisan movement going on in New York closer to home. Her new store, gather, is a mixture of jewelry, clothing, gifts, vintage home accessories and furniture.
