Pelham 'Community' Tree Premieres At Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum PELHAM, N.Y. -- Pelham resident and interior designer Alice Pirsu (of Alice Pirsu Interiors) calls the tree she decorated for the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum’s highly-popular Storybook Christmas tree exhibit a "community tree."
