YONKERS, N.Y. -- An affordable apartment complex has been proposed for downtown by St. Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, according to lohud.com.The suggested residence at 10 School St. would be where there are three buildings and a pair of lots that are empty, from 10 to 28 School St. by Nepperhan Avenue, said lohud.com. NORWALK, Conn. -- Three new officers have joined the Norwalk Police force, according to the Norwalk Police Department.Sara Laudano, Edgar Gonzalez and Lindsey Taylor graduated from P.O.S.T. training. Taylor, who finished first overall in the class, received the Samuel Luciano Award.

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Luke Vincent Gatti, a former University of Connecticut freshman whose drunken, profanity-laced tirade about jalapeno-bacon macaroni and cheese at the Storrs campus went viral was arrested in May for trying to break out of rehab, the N.Y.
