Hospital In Yonkers Pitches Affordable Apartments For Downtown YONKERS, N.Y. -- An affordable apartment complex has been proposed for downtown by St. Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, according to lohud.com.The suggested residence at 10 School St. would be where there are three buildings and a pair of lots that are empty, from 10 to 28 School St. by Nepperhan Avenue, said lohud.com. Ex-UConn Student In Mac-And-Cheese Incident Arrested Again FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Luke Vincent Gatti, a former University of Connecticut freshman whose drunken, profanity-laced tirade about jalapeno-bacon macaroni and cheese at the Storrs campus went viral was arrested in May for trying to break out of rehab, the N.Y.
