Woman Under Influence Of Drugs In Pomona Crash, Sheriff Says POMONA, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Sheriff's office charged a Stony Point woman with possession of drugs following a crash at the Robert L. Yaeger Health Complex in Pomona.An officer responded to a motor vehicle accident at the complex where the accused was found to have driven into a parked car, officials said.  The subject was found to be impaired by drugs and in possession of drugs, according to officials. Police were seen closing a section of East 4th Street at about 11 p.m., said the report. Detectives encountered a blood trail from the corner in that area that went to a building at 8 East 4th Street, said News 12.
