See Artists At Work In Yonkers 'Yoho' Art Studio Tours
YONKERS, N.Y. -- The 13th Annual YOHO Artists Open Studio is Saturday, May 14 and 15 at the Yonkers Carpet Mills Arts District.The Studio Tour is offered Saturday, May 14, from noon to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 15, from noon to 5 p.m.
YOHO is a collective of more than 60 artists whose work has been exhibited in museums and universities, among places.
The tour is Saturday, May 14, noon to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 15, noon to 5 p.m. at 540 and 547 Nepperhan Ave., Yonkers, N.Y.
The public is welcome to this free event. Music, demonstrations, children’s programs and refreshments are all planned. …

REDDING, Conn. --Paint, Draw & More! is taking registration for its 2016 Summer Art Camps at Georgetown School of the Arts, 25 Old Mill Road, Redding.Full-day camps will be held the weeks of July 11 to 15, 18 to 22, and 25 to 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for ages five to eight, and nine to 13 for $299, materials included.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department remind residents of what to do when they encounter an emergency vehicle on the road.When an emergency vehicle is approaching you from behind, whether it is police, ambulance or fire, move as far to the right as possible and stop, said the fire department.
When vehicles approach toward a vehicle from the opposite direction, follow the same procedure, make an effort to move over and stop, when possible, the Fire Department said.

YORKTOWN, N.Y. --Lakeland High School’s students of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competed in April at the State Leadership Conference in Rochester, N.Y.The annual event drew over 700 FBLA members.
