East Fishkill Police Mourn Loss Of Fire-Policeman Robert O'Dell Sr. FISHKILL, N.Y. -- The East Fishkill Police Department said goodbye to one of its members, past Fire Chief and longtime Fire-Policeman Robert O'Dell Sr who died recently, according to police. "Bob was a charter member of the Wiccopee Fire Company and a life-long East Fishkill resident. Our officers have been honored to work alongside Bob for many years at many emergency calls. Rest in Peace Bob, we'll take it from here," the East Fishkill Fire Department said in an announcement.
