Students At Danbury's Abbott Tech Go To Hospital Due To Tainted Brownies DANBURY, Conn. -- Four Henry Abbott Technical High School students had to go to the hospital last week after reportedly eating brownies that may have contained a manmade narcotic, reported the Danbury News-Times. Connecticut State Police responded to the school Tuesday morning for a "drug overdose," said The News-Times. Rising Gas Prices Break $2 Per Gallon Across Fairfield County FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Gas prices have risen 4 cents a gallon since last week in Connecticut, where the average prices across the state hit $1.99 a gallon on Monday — and the price already broke the $2 threshold in Fairfield County, according to AAA Northeast.
