Jeff Osuch, located a missing teenage girl Wednesday, Feb. 17.The teen was located within a half-hour in the area of Federal Road, police said. Scarsdale's Alan Yao Named To National Youth Orchestra SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Alan Yao, of Scarsdale, is among the 109 young musicians selected from across the country for the fourth annual National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA), according to a Carnegie Hall press release. The members of the 2016 orchestra, ages 16 to 19, are from 32 states.
