Man Thanks Greenwich First Responders Who Saved His Arm After Accident GREENWICH, Conn. -- Matt Orsaia stopped by the Greenwich Police Department recently to thank the Greenwich police officers and first responders for their efforts following an accident in which his arm got caught in a compactor last year. Orsaia's arm was amputated in the accident. It was reattached by his doctors with significant mobility and functionality, according to police.
