Man Thanks Greenwich First Responders Who Saved His Arm After Accident GREENWICH, Conn. -- Matt Orsaia stopped by the Greenwich Police Department recently to thank the Greenwich police officers and first responders for their efforts following an accident in which his arm got caught in a compactor last year. Orsaia's arm was amputated in the accident. It was reattached by his doctors with significant mobility and functionality, according to police.

Bill Could Allow Police In Connecticut To Use Weaponized Drones FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Police and law enforcement agencies in Connecticut would be allowed to use weaponized drones under a bill being considered by the state legislature, according to the Connecticut Post. If it passes, Connecticut would become the first state to allow the practice, the Post said. Nyack Male Minor Faces Criminal Charges In Orangetown ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A 17-year-old male was arrested on Tuesday, March 8, in Nyack facing numerous criminal charges in connection with an alleged domestic incident that was reported to police on Feb. 13, according to Orangetown Police. Silo Ridge Project Breaks Ground In Amenia AMENIA, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro joined local and county officials to break ground on the Silo Ridge project in Amenia, a private investment of more than $500 million that will create homes and recreation in eastern Dutchess County.
