Man Charged With Breaking Into Danbury Home, Violating Protective Order
DANBURY, Conn. — A Bronx, N.Y., man was in police custody with bail set at $25,000 on charges of breaking into a home on Town Hill Avenue and attempting to fight with police officers on the sidewalk Tuesday night, The News-Times reports.Police went to the house on reports of a domestic disturbance and arrested Joshua Rosado, 25, who was prohibiting from being in contact with the victim because of active protective order, police told The News-Times.
Police were told by the caller that Rosado had a BB gun, The News-Times said.

Stony Point Police Make Multiple Arrests
STONY POINT, N.Y. -- The Stony Point Police Department made the following arrests since the beginning of December, according to police.* On Dec. 1, Andre Johnson, 26, of Garnerville was arrested for alleged unlawful possession of marijuana and several vehicle and traffic offenses, police said.
He was arrested after a vehicle and traffic stop allegedly revealed he was in possession of 25 grams of marijuana, according to police.
Johnson was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable at a later date, police said.

Thomas Reynolds, 59, of Mount Vernon
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Thomas Adrian Reynolds, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., died Sunday, Dec. 20. He was 59.Reynolds was born May 20, 1956 in Bronxville, N.Y., to John and Helen Reynolds.
He attended Mount Vernon schools and worked at Dunkin' Donuts for many years.
Reynolds is survived by his sister, Barbara Reynolds (Michael Rogers); and brother John Reynolds (Anette).
Croton-Harmon’s Bill Thom To Retire After Season
CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Croton-Harmon High School basketball coach Bill Thom, a Cold Spring resident, will retire at the end of this season, his 40th, The Examiner News reports.
He will be sadly missed according to the Examiner article which looks back on his career, noting that sometimes Thom's teams "weren't anything special on paper, but his players would crash through walls for him, packing a boatload of fundamentals into their often-undersized frames while snaring 11 league championships and appearing in two Section 1 title tilts."
