Stowell was born on Dec. 13, 1966, in Bronxville, N.Y., and has previously lived in Pelham, N.Y., and Fairfield, Westport, Milford, and, finally, Bridgeport. Registration Under Way For Clarkstown Preschool CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Registration for the Town of Clarkstown Preschool at Street Community Center began Monday. The programs are offered to all Clarkstown preschool age children. There are two, three and five-day programs for 3-year-olds and three and five-day programs for 4-year-olds.
