Bridgeport Man Charged With Illegally Carrying Loaded Gun BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bridgeport Police say they arrested a man Sunday, on charges of possession of an illegal firearm.According to police, at 2:05 p.m. officers responded to a call about a male wearing a black and red hoodie, armed with a black firearm on Summerfield Avenue near the corner of Barnum Avenue. Police say they identified the man as Reginald Moss, 25. According to police, when officers approached Moss he shoved a police officer, then attempted to run away going south on Summerfield Avenue. Charles Krehel, 84, Of Easton EASTON, Conn. -- Charles A. Krehel, of Easton, died Thursday, Oct. 15. He was 84. He was husband, for 60 years of Teresa M. (Daly) Krehel. Stamford Police Ask For Help To ID Car Theft Suspect In Video STAMFORD, Conn. -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying an individual who was caught on video breaking into vehicles on Anderson Street in Stamford.According to police, the incident occurred at 2:46 a.m. Oct. 15. In the video produced by the Stamford Police Department and posted on YouTube, the suspect is described as a white male, either bald or with a closely shaven head, and wearing a striped shirt. New York Times Focuses On Architecture At Grace Farms In New Canaan NEW CANAAN, Conn. – A generous $120 million budget - thanks to 100 donors -- covered the cost of the development of a community center on an 80-acre site known as Grace Farms now open to the public in New Canaan, according to The New York Times. Ruth A. Walter, 92, Of Mount Vernon MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Ruth A. Walter, of Mount Vernon, died Sunday, Oct. 18. She was 92. Walter was born March 28, 1923, in Mount Vernon, to George and Antoinette Bruno. She was predeceased by her husband John in 2001 and her sister Dorothy Bruno. Walter is survived by brother, Richard Bruno; nieces, Marianne Missler, Joanne Antonaccio and Bernadette Goodman; and great nieces, Dorothy Troiano, Joanne Antonaccio, Doreen Antonaccio, Kim Berry and Denise Bongiorno; great nephew, Peter Berry.
