Rye Golf Outing Raises Money for Senior Programs RYE, N.Y. – Programs for Rye senior citizens have been given a boost thanks to the 26th Annual George J. Kirby Memorial Golf Tournament and Dinner. The golf outing raised $17,250 for cultural, educational, and social programs for senior citizens through the City of Rye’s Recreation Department.
