Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

FBI, Homeland Security Raid Robbinsville Hindu Temple FBI and Homeland Security agents descended on a Hindu temple in Mercer County on Tuesday. Agents raided BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir at 112 N. Child Struck By Car In Trenton A child was struck by a car in Trenton on Monday, authorities said.  Police were called at about 5:30 p.m. to South Clinton Avenue and Capner Street on a report of a car-pedestrian crash. Ex-NJ Camp Counselor Admits Saving More Than 1,000 Child Pornography Images A 36-year-old former camp counselor from Burlington County has admitted possessing more than 1,000 images of child pornography, authorities said. Update: Shooting Leaves 2 People Dead In Gloucester County UPDATED: Two people were killed and one person remains hospitalized after a weekend shooting in Gloucester County, authorities said. The shooting occurred about 4:15 p.m. at 10 W. Adams St., near Delaware street in Paulsboro, about a block away from the police station.
