Before settling into the Hudson Valley, Zak! previously spent time in the New York Daily News newsroom and worked for hyperlocal digital news outlets on Long Island. Jailed Man, Teen Charged In Connection To Mass Shooting In Maryland One day after the after-action report on the Brooklyn Homes mass shooting in Baltimore was released, city officials announced that two more arrests have been made in the case. Aaron Brown, 18, and a 14-year-old are the latest to be arrested for the July shooting in the 800 block of Gretna Court that left two dead and 28 others wounded at a summer block party. Tow Truck Driver Hit, Killed Helping Motorist On I-95 In Maryland: State Police One person was killed crashing into a tow truck in Prince George's County on I-95 on Thursday afternoon, state police say. At approximately 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, troopers in College Park were called to the northbound lanes of I-95 at Powder Mill Road, where there was a reported multi-vehicle crash. 30-Year-Old Man Charged With Attempted Murder In Connection To Woman Shot In Maryland: Police Investigators have apprehended a man who allegedly shot a woman earlier this month in Baltimore. At approximately 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 20, a 26-year-old woman reported to police that she had been struck in the head with a baseball bat in the 4800 block of Beaufort Avenue, according to a Baltimore Police Department spokesperson. Wrong-Way Driver Killed In Crash With Greyhound Bus That Injured 18 In MD One person was killed and 18 others hospitalized when an SUV driver crashed into a Greyhound bus on Thursday morning in Howard County. Police say that at approximately 3:25 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, a driver in a Buick Enclave was traveling west in the eastbound lanes on Route 32 when it struck the bus, which had 38 passengers on board at the time of the collision. Shooter Convicted Of Murdering Women In Their Maryland Home Over Drug Dispute: Prosecutors It took a jury more than a week to convict a Maryland man of murdering a pair of women in Charles County, the state's attorney's office announced.
