Annie’s passion for journalism began back in high school during her time in Youth In Government, where she served as as reporter and press editor for several years. She is proud to have pursued her childhood dream of becoming a journalist. From breaking news to archery on horseback to hanging out with kangaroos, Annie is grateful to share the stories and events of those around her.

In her free time, Annie enjoys showing her horses and watching sports. The only granddaughter of Indiana Pacer’s founder Chuck DeVoe and stepdaughter of Purdue Men’s Basketball Announcer and former player Ralph Taylor, Annie’s love for Indiana basketball runs deep.

A US history buff, Annie is proud to provide news to the Capitol region.

Terrontae Stancil, 19, was pronounced dead on Sunday, July 3 after being shot in the 600 block of Mosher Street shortly before 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 2, according to Baltimore police. Stancil had been transferred to Shock Trauma where he succumbed to his injuries.   Homicide detectives are now investigating this murder. Fugitive Captured In Baltimore After Foot Chase A man who was wanted for attempted murder has been captured in Baltimore over the weekend, authorities say. Dionte Johnson, 25, was arrested for the attempted murder of a man back in March, after a brief foot pursuit in the 2200 block of East Lanvale Street Friday, July 1, according to Baltimore police.
