The crash occurred near the Sunoco Gas Station on Route 23 South in Hamburg just before 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 29, Hamburg Police Lt. Jason Tangorra told Daily Voice. The vehicle is believed to be a white Hyundai Tucson or something similar, Tangorra said.
