Greenburgh Considering Legislation To Allow Beekeeping GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- The Greenburgh Town Board is weighing legislation that would allow people to do beekeeping on their property. Supervisor Paul Feiner said 90 percent of residents surveyed said they supported allowing beekeeping. The legislation would have a setback requirement and residents would have to get permission from their next door neighbors before they started beekeeping. Zinman was reunited with Carlito after cellist Yo-Yo Ma asked attendees at a concert in Massachusetts, where Zinman is staying, to help find the Cuban Havanese puppy, who went missing that morning. A woman heard about the lost dog from someone who attended the show and saw Carlito in the road, according to the AP. She knew it was Carlito and returned him to Zinman, according to the AP.
