Man Damages Vehicle With Hammer In Domestic Incident, Yorktown Police Say YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown Heights man was arrested and charged Friday after he allegedly damaged a car with a hammer during a domestic incident. Neil Quinn, 39, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance and was ordered to stay away from the victim and her children. The college unveiled the $5 million expansion this week.
