Ossining Food Pantry Celebrates 28th Anniversary OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Ossining Food Pantry held its annual celebration Sunday at Shattemuc Yacht Club. More than 200 people attended and helped raise funds for the purchase of food to help feed the needy in the Greater Ossining area. Woody Allen's new TV show, "Crisis In Six Scenes," that he filmed earlier this year in Briarcliff is premiering on Amazon Prime Friday. Allen filmed at a house at 508 Scarborough Road for three weeks in the spring. The show, which is set in the 1960s, stars Miley Cyrus, Allen and Elaine May. Lakeland High School Senior Honored As Commended Student SHRUB OAK, N.Y. -- Daniel Delayo, a Lakeland High School senior,  was named a Commended Student in the 2017 National Merit Scholarship Program. Commended students are named on the basis of a nationally applied Selection Index score that may vary from year to year. More than two-thirds (about 34,000) of the approximately 50,000 high scorers on the PSAT/NMSQT receive Letters of Commendation in recognition of their outstanding academic promise.
