An (almost) lifelong Westchester resident, Sam has reported on all facets of Westchester since he graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in print journalism, including stints at North County News and The Examiner. A film columnist for WAG Magazine, Sam's moviegoing expertise has been profiled in the New York Times and he was a featured guest on VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live.

Greenburgh Offering Pre-Registration For Pre-K Program The Greenburgh Central School District will be offering pre-registration for its early childhood program on Thursday.Pre-registration will take place at 6 p.m. at the Woodlands High School Auditorium, at 475 West Hartsdale Avenue in Hartsdale. The pre-K program, both full day and half day, is for all children who will be turning four years old by Dec. 1 and who are residents of Greenburgh. Village Of Cornwall Budget Proposal Decreases Spending CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Cornwall residents might see a spending decrease next year. The $7.28 million budget decreases spending by $112,450 or 1.5 percent. Mayor Brendan Coyne said the village might put an additional $100,000 into the fund balance, according to the Times Herald-Record. Kisco and was born to Philomena and Alex Vigliotti on July 5, 1948. He is being remembered for his beautiful gardens and for his love of walking and riding his bicycle.
