The pre-K program, both full day and half day, is for all children who will be turning four years old by Dec. 1 and who are residents of Greenburgh. Village Of Cornwall Budget Proposal Decreases Spending CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Cornwall residents might see a spending decrease next year. The $7.28 million budget decreases spending by $112,450 or 1.5 percent. Mayor Brendan Coyne said the village might put an additional $100,000 into the fund balance, according to the Times Herald-Record. Eisenberg, a sixth grader at Monhagen Middle School, has launched a sock drive for the people at the homeless shelter run by Helping Others Needing Our Resources. Kisco and was born to Philomena and Alex Vigliotti on July 5, 1948. He is being remembered for his beautiful gardens and for his love of walking and riding his bicycle.
