Ossining Voters Approve School Budget, Proposition OSSINING, N.Y. -- Voters in the Ossining School District approved the 2014-2015 budget, 1,308 votes to 515 votes. The $114.5 million budget increased spending 3.72 percent and had a tax levy increase of 2.38 percent, within the state mandated tax levy.
