Norwalk Police Thank Partners For SoNo Day Out NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department hosted SoNo Day Out at Ryan Park on Saturday, Aug. 6.The department took to Facebook to thank community partners for making this year's event a success.  The festivities included free food, activities such as sports and Zumba, face painting, entertainment, free health screenings and giveaways.

Suspected Car Thief Captured In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- A man suspected of stealing a car from Port Chester was arrested early Saturday in Greenwich, according to Greenwich Time. Gerardo Costanza, 32, of Leonard Street in Port Chester, faces larceny charges along with unlicensed driving and being a fugitive from justice after being caught on Byram Road at around 4 a.m., according to Greenwich Time. Mother, Kids Injured Following I-84 Car Crash In Southeast SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A young mother and her two toddlers were injured during a crash on Saturday on a stretch of I-84 in Southeast.The single-vehicle crash occurred at around 2:25 p.m., state police said. The driver, 25-year-old Araceli Rodriguez, of Shelton, Conn., lost control of her vehicle while trying to change lanes, state police said. The Kia left the roadway through the left shoulder and flipped on an embankment. Rodriguez and her 2-year-old daughter and a 2-month-old son went to Danbury Hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening.
