Dutchess Sheriff Provides Info On Pair Facing Vehicle Break-in Charges DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Dutchess County Sheriff's Department is providing more info on the two Pawling men -- including a Danbury, Conn., police officer -- who have been charged in a series of vehicle break-ins in the LaGrange area. Arrested were Anthony Ramos, 28, and William Tyson, 26. Ramos is a police officer with the city of Danbury Police Department in Connecticut, authorities said.
