The senior citizen was killed was trying to cross Route 202 near Mayer Drive in Montebello when she was struck by a Hyundai sedan that had been traveling westbound, News 12 reports. Shakilah T. Hill  was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, and criminal facilitation fourth degree, a misdemeanor, according  to State Police in Rhinebeck.
