Bridgeport's Boys And Girls Village Gets $2.16 Million State Grant BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Boys and Girls Village, with locations in Milford and Bridgeport/Black Rock, has been awarded a $2.16 million grant from the state’s Nonprofit Grant Program. BGV’s grant is the largest in this third round of grants under the program, which is providing $15 million to 34 nonprofit agencies statewide.  BGV will use the money to create a new purpose-built facility that can accommodate more sophisticated programming on its campus in Milford. Freshmen Vincent Spaziante, Shayan Farjam, Dominick Fensore and Henry Garnter each had a goal in the win. Senior Jack Carlucci had a goal as well.
