Yorktown Man, 31, Charged With Possessing Heroin, Xanax, Hypodermic Needles YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was arrested on drug charges after he was found injured on a bike path, police said.Joseph A. Colaizzi, 31, of Yorktown was charged with two counts of criminal possession and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Police received a call on July 2 at 11:48 a.m. of an injured man on a bike path. Officers and a medic responded to find that Colaizzi was the injured man and that he was in possession of heroin, Xanax and hypodermic needles.
