Free Summer Concert Series Starts At New Rochelle's Hudson Park NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The free Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert Series gets under way on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. with the Showtime Dance Band performing Motown, R and B, disco and swing favorites. Class of 2016 Graduates At Woodlands High School GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Woodlands High School's 130 members of the class of 2016 graduated Friday, July 1 in a ceremony at the Westchester County Center in White Plains. The graduates collectively won $7 million in college scholarships this year. Ramapo Police Charge Man With Exposure RAMAPO, N.Y. -- A Ramapo police officer arrested a Pearl River man on an exposure charge early Monday. A Ramapo officer on patrol at 5 a.m. in the Hillcrest area observed several people who appeared to be intoxicated just outside a local bar. When one of the men began urinating on the sidewalk at that location, the officer approached and identified the 39-year-old male and, after arrest, issued an appearance ticket for a future court date. Yorktown Man, 31, Charged With Possessing Heroin, Xanax, Hypodermic Needles YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was arrested on drug charges after he was found injured on a bike path, police said.Joseph A. Colaizzi, 31, of Yorktown was charged with two counts of criminal possession and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Police received a call on July 2 at 11:48 a.m. of an injured man on a bike path. Officers and a medic responded to find that Colaizzi was the injured man and that he was in possession of heroin, Xanax and hypodermic needles.
