Dutchess, Ulster Counties Share $2.4 Million In Casino Fees POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Dutchess County will receive $1.5 million and Ulster County will receive $900,000 of the $151 million in licensing fees that three upstate casinos have paid New York State, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. The 20 counties where the casinos will be built will split 20 percent of the fees while 80 percent will aid statewide education.
