Rockland Rabbi Goes Viral Dancing With Muslims MONSEY, N.Y. -- Rabbi Daniel Coren of Ohr Chaim Synagogue in Rockland County was featured in a video dancing with Muslims in Morocco that went viral, according to News 12. Coren, from Monsey, went to Morocco in May with roughly 100 Jewish residents from different denominations within Rockland to pray for peace through dance, reported News 12.  A video captured them as they danced and smiled with Muslims, according to News 12. Man, 28, Charged With Robbery In Hyde Park HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- A man who allegedly robbed a Chase Bank in Hyde Park last week has been found and charged with robbery, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Police charged Daquan T. Bryan, 28, of New York City with first-degree robbery after a nearly weeklong investigation into the robbery. Hyde Park police were sent to Chase at 4277 Albany Post Road for a reported armed bank robbery on May 27 at 11:07 a.m. before searching for a week to find the suspect, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Westchester Man Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries After Crashing Into Tree A Westchester man was seriously hurt Friday night after crashing an ATV into a tree in Warren County in the Town of Stony Creek near Albany, the Warren County Sheriff's office said. Joseph Mahoney, 48, of Yonkers went off-road near Wolf Pond Road, hitting a large tree and being thrown from his Yamaha Grizzly all-terrain vehicle shortly before 9 p.m., the sheriff said. He was taken to Glens Falls Hospital and transferred to Albany Medical Center with potential life-threatening injuries.
