Baruch Weiner, of Capital Property Inspections, who was inspecting the home for a couple looking to purchase the home on Woodridge Drive, found the graffiti. Police Nab Suffern Woman Wanted For Walmart Theft ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. --  A Suffern woman wanted by Ramapo police for stealing items from Walmart in December has been captured with the help of the public, according to the Ramapo Police.  Lisa Cottone, 54, was captured after her photo and information appeared online and in Daily Voice on Monday. Cottone was originally arrested in December at the Airmont Walmart after she bolted from the store without paying for items stuffed into her purse and shopping cart, police said.
