Frederick Mann, 31, was arrested after he attempted to flee when Sgt. Police In Wappingers Falls Issue Vehicle Larceny Warning WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- Residents of the Village of Wappingers Falls should be alerted that items were stolen out of numerous unlocked vehicles overnight on Monday and Tuesday.The vehicles were entered on West Main Street, Church Street, North Street, Clinton Street, West Street and Market Street," police said. Police are asking residents to remember to lock their vehicles and to remove all valuables from inside so criminals are not tempted.
