Police Investigate Luring Incident In Poughkeepsie DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. --  The City of Poughkeepsie police are asking for the public's help in locating an older model dark green panel van that was used in the attempted abduction of a 14-year-old girl on Friday, April 7. Police Resume Search For Woman Who Jumped From Bear Mountain Bridge Dive teams and water rescue units from the Westchester County police have resumed their search Friday for a woman who was seen on a surveillance video jumping from the Bear Mountain Bridge around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. The woman's jump was discovered by New York State Park Police when they reviewed a surveillance video of the bridge around 6 p.m., police said.
