Mobil/Dunkin' Donuts Burglary In Milan Under Investigation MILAN, N.Y. -- The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office is investigating a commercial burglary at the Mobil/Dunkin Donuts in Milan during the early morning hours on Sunday. The burglary took place around 4:15 am, at 1445 Route 199, when the unknown suspects disabled the alarm system and stole cash from the ATM machine before fleeing the scene, said Capt. Nanuet Man, 23, Driving Erratically On Route 59 Was Drunk, Sheriff Says ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. --  A Nanuet man was nabbed for DWI after being spotted driving in an erratic manner Sunday on Route 59 by a Rockland County Sheriff's Deputy, according to Sheriff Louis Falco. When stopped by the deputy around 3:20 a.m., Sean Forrest, 23, was found to be intoxicated and arrested, said Sgt. Al Brunner. He was charged with operation of a vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 0.08 percent or more and DWI, Brunner said. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on June 13.
