Motorist In Nyack Suspicious Vehicle Stop Had Heroin, Police Say NYACK, N.Y. -- A Mahwah, N.J. woman was busted for possession of heroin following a police stop on Thursday in Nyack, according to the Orangetown Police. Orangetown officers charged Jessica Tubito, 21, after finding one envelope of heroin and one hypodermic needle during a traffic stop around 10:30 p.m., for a suspicious vehicle, police said. Tubito was released and is scheduled to appear in court on April 11.
