Check washing is the process of erasing the details from an already completed check to allow them to be rewritten, Lt. David Wolf of the Westport Police Department said. CT Man Accused Of Cyberstalking, Threatening Woman A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly threatening, harassing, and intimidating a woman from the region through social media and email.
