Man Accused Of Exposing Himself, Committing Lewd Act On Long Island Beach, Police Say
A man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself at a Long Island beach and then committing a lewd act.
Franciso Hernandez, age 22, was arrested on Saturday, Sept. 4, after police received a complaint call in Southampton.
The incident took place around 3:15 p.m., at the West Landing Road beach access, according to Southampton Police Sgt. Eric Sickles.
After committing the lewd act Hernandez left in his vehicle. Police canvassed the area and located him, Sickles said.
He was arrested and charged with public lewdness.

If you are looking for corned beef on rye or a massive sandwich with all the works, then, believe it or not, you don't have to go to New York, according to a new survey.
The survey, conducted by "Eat This, Not That," checked out all the delis in 50 states and came up with a favorite in each.
In Connecticut, that deli happens to be in Tolland County at Rein's Deli in Vernon.
According to the survey, Rein's has amazing bagels, deli meats, massive sandwiches, potato pancakes, and Rein's famous sour garlic pickles.

Fish With Fangs Caught In New England Reservoir
A New England man has a real tale to tell after hooking a strange fish with a mouth full of fangs.
Mike Powell of Canton, Massachusetts, told WCVB News 5 ABC that he did just that while fishing in Norfolk County in Canton.
The fish, called a Northern Snakehead, doesn't just have fangs, it also has beady black eyes and a body covered in slippery slime.
Powell was fishing when he landed the nearly 6-pound, 30-inch creature in the Canton Reservoir.

Woman Nabbed For Stealing From Fairfield County Store, Police Say
One of two women who allegedly stole more than $700 worth of merchandise from an area store has been charged with the theft.
Azra Zejnilovic, age 22, of the Bronx, turned herself in to the New Canaan Police on Wednesday, Sept. 1, for the incident which took place in February at the Athletic Shoe Factory.
According to New Canaan Police, police responded to the store, located at 3 Forest St., on a report of a larceny from the store by two women.
