Marco Chacha, age 38, of Croton-on-Hudson, was arrested on Sunday, June 6, after Yorktown Police received a report of an erratic driver on Commerce Street heading westbound on Route 202. Duo Charged In Connection With Long Island Shooting Police have released the identities of two men charged in connection with a Long Island shooting. John Argueta, age 29, was arrested on Tuesday, June 8, and Junior Argueta, age 18, both of Brentwood, was arrested on Friday, June 10, by Suffolk County Police in connection with the shooting which took place in Mastic Beach on Thursday, June 3.
