Suspect Charged For 2020 July 4th Long Island Murder, Shooting Of Two Others
A 20-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged 2020 murder of a man and the shooting of two other victims on Long Island.
Thomas Massenburg, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Wednesday, June 2, for the murder which took place on Saturday, July 4, in North Massapequa.
According to detectives, the shootings were uncovered when Nassau County Police responded to West Drive for a radio assignment for shots fired.
When they arrived, officers discovered multiple victims had been shot by an unknown individual at a July 4th party inside a private home.

Mercedes Forcibly Stolen From Sleeping Fairfield County Woman Located, Police Say
A gray 2018 Mercedes-Benz SUV stolen from a woman sleeping inside has been recovered in Fairfield County.
The sleeping woman was dragged from the vehicle by two men wearing masks around 3:15 a.m., Tuesday, June 1, in the area of East Putnam Avenue and Milbank Avenue, said Greenwich PD Captain Mark E. Zuccerella.
The woman woke to the sight of two men, wearing all black, removing her from the running vehicle, according to Zuccerella.

Suspect In Long Island Stop & Shop Fatal Shooting Indicted On Murder, Weapons Charges
A Long Island man has been indicted on murder and weapons charges for the alleged deadly shooting at a Stop & Shop grocery store that left one dead and two injured.
Gabriel DeWitt Wilson, age 31, of Hempstead, was arraigned on Friday, June 4, for the shooting on Tuesday, April 20, that left the store manager dead and two employees seriously wounded, said the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Teen Suspects Nabbed In Connection To Fairfield County Murder, Police Say
Two Fairfield County juveniles have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man earlier this spring.
The teens, ages 14 and 16, were arrested by Stamford Police on Thursday, May 27, and charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder, said Lt. Tom Scanlon of the Stamford Police Department.
Police found the victim around 2:42 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, when they responded to 90 Ursula Place on a report of a male shot inside of the home, Scanlon said.
