A New York man with an outstanding warrant found lurking in a Secaucus resident's yard in the middle of the night was found in possession of a handgun, cocaine, ecstasy and more, authorities said. Projected Snowfall Totals Released For Storm System On Track For Region
The first projected snowfall totals have been released for a storm system headed to the region in the second half of the weekend. The system is on track for Sunday, Dec. 11, according to the National Weather Service. The former principal of a Jewish day school in Connecticut was charged after she allegedly tried to carry a loaded firearm onto a flight at Bradley International Airport. Swastika, Graffiti Scrawled In Seven Spots Across Montclair Park
A swastika and vulgar graffiti found at a Montclair playground is being investigated by authorities. A resident found the graffiti while walking through Edgemont Park last week, noting seven different sections marked with pictures and phrases, police said. "Among the images was a swastika in black marker," authorities said in a statement. "The images and phrases were removed by officers on scene with the assistance of the Department of Public Works." Details Released In Maplewood Stabbing, Arson
A woman recently released from some type of institution is believed to have stabbed herself and set multiple fires in her Maplewood home the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 7, sources with direct knowledge of the incident tell Daily Voice. Responders at the scene on Maplewood Avenue noted some type of hoarding situation, sources said.
