18-Year-Old Shot Dead At Reading Student Housing Complex An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in Reading, authorities said. Diego Velazquez was shot around 12:50 a.m. at the Blady Road-Advantage Point off-campus student-housing development in Maxatawny Township, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. Velazquez's death, which occurred near Kutztown University, was ruled a homicide with an autopsy scheduled for Monday, Nov. 14. In addition to the coroner's office, this death is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police, Reading Station and the Berks County District Attorney's Office.

Bus Of 50 Migrants Expected To Arrive In Philadelphia A bus of approximately 50 migrants from Texas is expected to arrive in Philadelphia early next week, city officials announced. The bus is set to leave Del Rio, TX Saturday, Nov. 12 and arrive sometime Monday or Tuesday, Philadelphia officials said. Two Dead In Horrific I-95 Crash In Philadelphia: Report Two people died in a pair of separate crashes this weekend on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, State Police tell Fox29. Three vehicles that had stopped in the lefthand lanes to exchange information after all were in a crash at the Callowhill exit and Columbis Boulevard when one of the driver's was struck by a fourth vehicle around 6 a.m., the outlet said citing State Police. Crash Backs Up I-81 In Lebanon County A serious crash closed a portion of Interstate 81 in Lebanon County Friday, Nov. 11. PennDOT Traffic cameras show cars backed up in the southbound lanes as of 1:20 p.m., around exit 87. The crash itself happened between exits 100 and 90, going toward Pine Grove, 511PA reports. 'My Son Will Bash Your Skulls In,' PA Town's Public Works Director Apparently Told Young Boys The head of one Pennsylvania town's public works department was charged with harassing and terrorizing a pair of 11- and 12-year-old boys, at one point telling them he'd have his son "bash their skulls in," several news reports say citing authorities.
