Man Threatening To Kill Himself Taken Into Custody In Yorktown YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A man in Yorktown who was threatening to kill himself was taken into custody by Yorktown police without incident Thursday. At 11 a.m., police received a call from a Fox Meadow Road residence claiming a family member was suicidal.  Yorktown Police, with the assistance of Westchester County Police Tactical Unit, investigated the incident.
