Rosario Colella, 95, Of Poughkeepsie POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Rosario (Rose) Colella, a native of Poughkeepsie, died Nov. 19. She was 95.  Colella was born March 19, 1920, to Sabato Colella and Marianna Colella. She was one of four children. She was a seamstress at various garment factories in Poughkeepsie.  Colella was predeceased by her parents; her brothers, Pat Colella and Alfred (Fred) Colella; and her sister Angela Marie (Mary) Colella.  Funeral arrangements are private.

Two Injured In Head-On Darien Crash DARIEN, Conn. -- Two drivers were injured Monday in a serious motor vehicle accident on Mansfield Avenue north of Middlesex Road in Darien, police said. At approximately 7 a.m., a 2012 Honda Accord was traveling south on Mansfield Avenue when it crossed the double yellow line into the northbound lane, striking a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer head on, according to police.  The driver of the Chevy, a 59-year-old New Canaan woman, was injured and subsequently hospitalized.
